Time to Ship
- Ready-to-Ship Orders: Most orders ship within 3-4 business days of order placement.
- Loose Diamonds: Shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Custom and Bespoke Pieces: Custom jewelry is shipped within 3-4 weeks after the final design approval, depending on complexity. Design approvals typically occur within 1-2 weeks of deposit payment.
International Shipping
- Recipients are responsible for customs duties and import fees, which vary by country. Iceland Jewelry & Gems cannot provide estimates for these fees.
- All international shipments are processed via USPS, UPS, or EMS, and tracking details are provided within 24-48 hours of dispatch. Delivery typically occurs within 7-9 business days.
- All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Additional documentation may be required if the shipping address differs from the billing address.
Custom Orders
- Customized Jewelry: We are happy to create customized jewelry based on your preferences.
- Private Designs: If you prefer your design to remain private (not shared on social media or our website), please inform us during order placement. An additional fee may apply for reserved designs.
